Introduction to cupping

Learn to identify the profile of a specialty coffee using the flavor wheel and discover how the brewing method influences its aromas, body, and balance in the cup.

1 Coffee 3 Methods

Tasting of a coffee profile (PEACE, FREE or ROCK) in 3 different filtration methods.

Duration: 40 - 60 mins

3 Coffees 1 Method

Tasting of three coffee profiles using the same brewing method. You can choose between Chemex, French Press, or V60.

Duration: 40 - 60 mins.
