Shipping policy

  1. For shipments within Colombia, the following conditions apply:

1.1 Coverage

We ship our products to Bogotá and major cities in Colombia. Our reach depends on the shipping company's coverage.

1.2 Delivery times

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped the next business day.

  • In Bogotá, orders placed by 12:00 noon will be processed the same day. Orders confirmed after that time will be processed the next business day.*
  • In the rest of the country, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend solely on the shipping company.

1.3 Shipping costs

Shipping on online orders is free for purchases of COP $120,000 or more.

For purchases under COP $120,000, shipping costs COP $8,000 in Bogotá and COP $11,000 in the rest of the country.

These costs are estimates and may vary depending on the services and rates of the shipping companies.

 

  1. For international shipments, the following conditions apply:

2.1 Coverage

We ship to other countries, subject to each country's restrictions under applicable regulations and to the customs clearance process for our products.

*Shipping depends on each country's restrictions and is limited to our coffee and coffee-derived products (items outside this category are not included). In such cases, we will refund the amount paid, minus bank fees and administrative costs.

2.2 Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the destination, as well as on the requirements and documentation of the logistics operator and customs.

Delivery time begins on the business day after your purchase is confirmed and depends on the certificates issued by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia for the export process.

  • In the United States and Canada, we deliver your order within 5 to 6 business days, depending on purchase confirmation and carrier times.
  • For other countries, delivery times depend on customs requirements and the logistics operator. We will confirm the shipping details and estimated delivery date by email.

2.3 Shipping costs

The minimum purchase for international shipping is $25 USD per order.

Shipping costs depend on the Representative Market Rate (TRM, the Colombian peso to US dollar exchange rate), the destination, and the weight of the order in kilograms.

2.4 Shipping process

Orders are shipped from our operations center in Bogotá D.C., Colombia.

International orders currently cannot be placed through our website. To place one, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at +57 322 511 2476 or by email at sales@libertariocoffee.com.

Once your order has been paid and placed by our team, you agree that you may be contacted by LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS S.A.S. staff and/or third parties responsible for shipping the products, using the phone number and/or email address you provided at the time of purchase. LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS S.A.S. will hire the carrier, which will be given the registered address and the name of the customer and/or the authorized recipient. The customer may authorize delivery to third parties and/or to a front desk or reception; this must be specified when confirming the purchase. Once LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS S.A.S. and/or the third party has made the delivery, their liability ends, except in matters related to consumer rights.
