Shipping Policy

 

  1. For shipments within Colombia, the following conditions apply:

1.1 Coverage

We ship our products to Bogotá and major cities in Colombia. Our reach depends on the shipping company's coverage.

1.2 Delivery times:

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you'll receive an email with the shipping guide.

We do not ship on weekends and/or holidays. If orders are shipped on these days, they will be shipped the next business day.

  • In Bogotá, purchases made before 12:00 p.m. will be processed the same day. Orders confirmed after this time will be processed the next business day. *
  • In the rest of the country, your order will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend solely on the shipping company.

*LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS SAS does not undertake to deliver the products within a specific minimum time, therefore, the aforementioned time is an estimate, the delivery of the products is subject to availability, the service and times of the transport companies, weather conditions, road and/or traffic conditions, among others, which are beyond the will and control of LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS SAS.

1.3 Shipping costs

Remember that shipping on your online order is free for purchases equal to or greater than COP $98,000.

For purchases under COP $98,000, shipping costs COP $8,000 in Bogotá and COP $11,000 in the rest of the country.

The above costs are an estimate and may vary depending on the services and prices of the transport company(ies).

  • 2. For international shipments: the following conditions apply.

2.1 Coverage

We ship to other countries, subject to each country's restrictions regarding applicable regulations, as well as the nationalization process for our products.

*The dispatch and shipping of our products will depend on the restrictions of each country and will be limited to the coffee and coffee derivatives portfolio (excluding items other than this category). In such cases, we will refund the money less bank charges and administrative fees.

2.2 Delivery times

Delivery time will depend on the destination, as well as the requirements and documentation required by the logistics and customs operator.

Delivery time begins the next business day after purchase confirmation. This depends on the certificates issued by the National Federation of Coffee Growers to complete the export process.

  • In the United States and Canada, we deliver your order within 5 to 6 business days, depending on purchase confirmation and shipping times.
  • For other countries, our delivery times will depend on customs requirements, as well as the logistics operator. We will confirm the shipping details and estimated delivery date via email.

2.3 Shipping costs

To ship, the minimum purchase value per order must be $25 USD.

  • For shipments to the United States and Canada it is $25 USD. *
  • For other countries, costs are subject to the Representative Market Rate (TRM - Peso per dollar), the destination and the weight (kilos) of the order. *

2.4 Shipping process

Shipments are made from our operations center located in Bogotá DC, Colombia.

Once the order has been placed through our website, you agree that you may be contacted by LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS SAS personnel and/or third parties responsible for shipping the products. These personnel may contact you via the telephone number and/or email address provided by the user at the time of purchase. LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS SAS will contract the carrier, who will be provided with the registered address, name of the user and/or the authorized person. The user may authorize delivery to third parties and/or delivery upon receipt. For this purpose, this situation must be specified when confirming the purchase. Once LIBERTARIO COFFEE ROASTERS SAS and/or the third party have made the delivery, their liability will cease, except in cases related to consumer rights.
